USCG Sector Field Office Southwest Harbor - Major Maintenance and Repair Galley and Housing

Description: The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), under the Department of Homeland Security, has issued a presolicitation for Major Maintenance and Repair (M&R) at the USCG Sector Field Office in Southwest Harbor, Maine. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal required for repairs to the building exterior of the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) and the Galley Building. This is a 100% small business set-aside Invitation for Bid under FAR Part 14, with a construction magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and an overall performance period of 300 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP).
