USCG Nationwide Automatic Identification System (NAIS) Support Services in Alaska - (Request for Information)

Description: This contract covers four primary functions: AIS Data and Maintenance Services: The contractor shall provide, manage, and maintain a network of terrestrial AIS sites to ensure the continuous reception of vessel data. This data will be delivered to the USCG to support maritime domain awareness. AIS Transmission Services: The contractor shall provide the capability for the USCG to transmit messages from shore-based stations to AIS-equipped vessels. These transmissions will support navigational safety, security notifications, environmental alerts, and the broadcast of synthetic and virtual Aids to Navigation (AtoN). See attached file.
