Upgrade Dam Control Facilities RFP

Description: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting construction services to upgrade the dam control facilities at Shikellamy State Park in Northumberland County, Sunbury. The work includes salvaging existing mechanical equipment, selectively demolishing the existing dam control building, constructing a building addition and second floor, installing a new bituminous driveway, rearranging blower and compressor air piping, installing a new electrical power system and emergency generator, and replacing the existing dam control panel. The solicitation is an open, non-grant construction procurement that requires DGS Small Business Certification and involves dam-control and inflatable-dam infrastructure.
