Work includes Exterior: Abrasive blast clean to an SSPC-SP6 commercial standard with containment. Apply a four (4) coat zinc epoxy urethane fluoropolymer system; Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire dry interior (including the fill/draw pipe) to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system to the access tube and bowl and a two (2) coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces; Pit Piping: Abrasive blast clean to an SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat zinc epoxy system; Foundation: Abrasive blast clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system; Cathodic Protection: Install an impressed current cathodic protection system; Repairs: Install handholds at the roof hatches. Install ladder extension at the condensate platform. Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. Replace the expansion joint.\r 5)Install an aluminum jacketing over the fill/draw pipe insulation. Replace the mud valve. Replace the condensate drain line. Overflow discharge modification. Install a fall prevention device on the basebell ladder. Basebell ladder cage removal. Install a seal at the access tube air gap. Install a roof handrail with a painter’s railing. Remove abandoned antenna mount lugs. Weld a rigging lug on the bowl. Repair damaged electrical junction box. Replace the dry interior light bulbs. Install grounding rods for the structure.
