UNCH Cancer Clinic Expansion Bid

This project is a 17,252 SF renovation located on the Manning (Sub-Basement) Level, and Basement Level. It is a fully sprinklered building of Type I-A construction. The Sub-Basement is Ambulatory/Business Occupancy, and the Basement is Business Occupancy. Sub-Basement (Manning Level) Scope: Project includes renovating existing administrative spaces and a portion of existing clinical spaces, in order to expand the outpatient Cancer Clinic. The clinic will increase from (13) Exam Rooms to (16) Exam Rooms, reconfigure existing Prep/Recovery area to accommodate (3) chairs that comply with FGI Guidelines, add a new IV Prep area, add a new toilet, relocate Storage and Soiled Holding, add (4) Consult Rooms, and (2) Offices. Existing engineering systems to be modified to accommodate renovation and equipment requirements. New finishes to be provided throughout project area. Basement Scope: Project includes renovating existing administrative open office areas, and private offices to accommodate an expansion of the Cancer Clinic. The clinic will include 14 new Exam Rooms (two will also serve as Procedure Rooms), Admin support spaces, a new Waiting Room, new offices and workrooms. New finishes to be provided throughout the project area.
