UNC Pembroke Campus Gas Line Replacement Project

The City of Morgan City, LA is soliciting sealed bids for the NGDISM Gas Replacement Project to install approximately 45,189 linear feet of polyethylene gas main and 32,356 linear feet of service lines. Bids are due February 25, 2026, and can be submitted electronically through the Central Bidding portal or delivered to City Hall. The University of North Carolina Pembroke is soliciting construction bids for a new three-story, ~75,000-square-foot Health Sciences Center that will include classrooms, labs, clinics (optometry and occupational therapy), administration space, and a multifunction dining/lecture area. Approx., 2,500 SY of carpet at the judicial center and roughly 900 SY at the administration center, along with a small quantity of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in select locations. The project areas include a mix of open office spaces, conference rooms, and individual offices that have experienced significant wear since the last replacement cycle. The overall intent of the project is to replace aging carpet with durable, modern finishes that improve the appearance, comfort, and maintainability of these facilities while supporting the county's long-term facilities management strategy.

UNC System Office Design/Construction issued an RFP for Campus Steam Condensate Infrastructure Improvements at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to upgrade underground steam and condensate systems, replace outdated components, and perform landscaping integration. The procurement is construction-focused with an estimated value range of $5,000,000–$15,000,000 and an expected period of performance through March 26, 2026. Responses are due March 26, 2026 and the solicitation was posted January 16, 2026; no primary solicitation attachment was available on the official posting.
