NCHS Press Box RFP
Demolition of the existing single-story press box and construction of a new three-story, approximately 3,442 SF press box facility. The new structure will include an elevator providing accessible access between levels and will be constructed at the same elevation and location as the existing press box. The improvements are integrated with the existing 1933 stadium facility and include associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, technology, and site improvements required for a complete and operational press box facility.

General Hospital - UI Health Care - General Hospital - Replace Roofs 085, 086, and 087
Project consists of roof replacement of roof sections 085, and 086 and 087C replacing the roof and insulation system down to the existing deck. New roof system will be PVC membrane. Roof section 087B will have existing flashings and sheet metal removed and new PMMA roof system installed. A new free standing access platform will be added to provide personnel access to all areas of the roof for maintenance of the roof and equipment. New portable support stands will be provided for the existing recently replaced electrical buss.
