UGA Roof Cleaning and Maintenance Services RFP

Description: The University of Georgia is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide roof and exterior cleaning, maintenance, and repair services at campus facilities in Athens, Georgia, on an as-needed basis. Work may include low-pressure roof washing, cleaning roof components and gutters and downspouts, debris removal, mold and algae treatment, and optional exterior-window cleaning. The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia will review qualifications, may interview and rank especially qualified firms, and begin contract discussions with selected firms; responses are due September 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM UTC.
