Capacity: Must accommodate approximately eighty (80) personnel. Square Footage: Approximately 11,200 square feet of American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/ Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Office Area (ABOA). At least one conference room that can fit 25 personnel and is 500 SF. Preferred Option (Nice-to-Have): The availability of more than one conference area/room within the leased space is highly desirable, though not strictly required.
