Baylor Women's Correctional Institution - infirmary Expansion
The Project has an existing space of approx. 4,300 SF and the new addition will be approx. 11,000 sf., for approx. 15,300 +/- GSF. There will be some sitework to accommodate the new facility. The project will be done in a minimum of two phases. The new construction will be first phase, and the renovation will be the second phase. The first phase addition will provide additional space for Administration, Inpatient, and Outpatient functions. During the first phase there will be some minor renovation in the existing warehouse section of the facility.
