Trout Valley Nature Park RFP

Description: Work shall consist of restoration of approx 5 acres of undeveloped residential lots into a nature park. The improvements will include excavation and construction of a 1/3 acre naturalized fishing pond, site grading, 4.7 acres of site restoration including tree removal, brush clearing and establishment of native vegetation and plantings, 0.5 acres of wetland enhancement, 1,911 SY of crushed gravel walking path, 387 LF of boardwalk through the on-site wetlands, installation of one prefabricated gazebo, other park features including benches, and other related work.
