Trimax Upgrade RFP

Description: The Air Force Test Center is seeking engineering and system integration services to modernize the Electrical, Gas, and Water control infrastructure at Building 1030, Edwards Air Force Base. The work includes PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, cybersecurity compliance, panel assembly, on-site installation, testing, and system cut-over. The RFQ is a sole-source acquisition directed to Trimax Systems, LLC because the existing system uses Trimax proprietary PLC/HMI source code, and quotations are due August 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PDT.
