Tribal Winds Housing Development Phase 5

Description: The work for this project includes the construction of ten (10) two-bedroom/two-bath (1,120 SF) units and eight (8) three-bedroom/two-bath (1,500 SF) single-story residences, including foundations, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and all interior and exterior finishes. The scope also includes installation of underground utilities, including sewer and water, from the lateral tie-in location to each home. Minor grading and drainage adjustments surrounding each home will be completed to tie into the existing site improvements.
