Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines RFP

Description: The City of Thousand Oaks is soliciting proposals from a qualified consultant to prepare comprehensive Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines. The work will establish VMT and LOS evaluation methods, screening criteria, impact thresholds, mitigation measures, and related technical guidance consistent with CEQA, Senate Bill 743, Assembly Bill 130, and applicable standards. This is a professional-services RFP, not a grant program, with an anticipated six-to-eight-month performance period after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
