Description: The Contractor shall maintain sufficient residential capacity to place Veterans on the same day as VA referral. Tasks: Maintain adequate personnel to ensure resident safety. Provide 24/7 staffing coverage. Provide three meals and two snacks daily. Maintain laundry facilities. Accept same-day placements for all VA-referred Veterans. Admit Veterans only after receiving VA’s Release of Information and clinical documentation. Provide all standard residential services within the per-diem rate. Performance Standards: Ability to place Veterans within 24 hours of referral. Beds meet spacing requirements (6 ft face-to-face or 2 ft head-to-toe). Facility maintains low-demand Safe Haven environment (no sobriety or treatment compliance requirements for admission or stay). See attached file.
