Description: Mountain Line seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide transit scheduling and run cut support services utilizing the Optibus scheduling platform. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of Mountain Line's Operations team, providing technical expertise and scheduling support for quarterly run cuts and annual service changes. The intent of this contract is not to outsource scheduling functions, but rather to augment Mountain Line staff with specialized transit scheduling expertise and Optibus proficiency. Mountain Line staff will retain ownership and responsibility for all final scheduling decisions and implementation activities. Mountain Line will provide the selected consultant with access to the Optibus module necessary to perform the services described in this Scope of Work.
