Training Analysis Evaluation Product Request for Proposal (8A Set-Aside)
This is an active federal procurement solicitation and an 8(a) competitive set-aside for Training Analysis Evaluation Product support for the Marine Corps. The work will support training and education concepts through analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, coordination, and execution for the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps, Program Manager Training Systems, and Training and Education Command. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module by September 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT, and active SAM registration plus the PIEE Proposal Manager role are required.
