Description: Hensel Phelps Construction Co. is seeking a design-build Core Trade partner for electrical and special systems work supporting the SFO Boarding Area F Refresh Project. The scope includes design participation and replacement of systems associated with approximately seven passenger boarding bridges in Terminal 3, with phased execution to minimize airport disruptions. Proposals are due September 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and the package includes a 15% CMD LBE participation requirement.
