Seeks a qualified vendor to collect, process, deliver and analyze field data including, but not limited to, counts of motor vehicles, bicycles and micromobility devices, pedestrians, transit vehicles, and other modes of transportation. Data collection activities may include the placement and use of automated traffic recorders (atrs), the placement and use of video cameras and other collection devices, the use of automated processing technology to facilitate count tabulations and analyses from collected and archival video recordings, the use of staff to manually tabulate and analyze video recordings, in-person surveys and other manual data collection, the measurement and documentation of roadway and intersection geometrics, and the use of other field data collection, tabulation, and analysis methods recommended by the respondent and agreed to by the agency.

This solicitation seeks cloud services to provide a case management solution and data collection platform supporting local, state, and federal reporting of demographics, assessments, care planning, and services provided. The buyer is the Hawaii Department of Health’s Executive Office on Aging.
