Town of Windsor Civil Engineering On-call Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The selected consultant team will provide comprehensive, full professional civil engineering on-call services to support town staff on a variety of infrastructure and Capital Improvement Project goals. Responsibilities include property acquisition and appraisal, geotechnical and topographical surveying, subsurface utility engineering, traffic analysis, stormwater and floodplain design, bridge and roadway design, landscape and street lighting design, water and wastewater distribution engineering, conceptual through final design drawings, engineer's opinion of probable construction costs, bid/construction administration, materials testing, stakeholder coordination, grant writing assistance, and fiber broadband project design and inspection.
