Rental rehabilitation project. Install GAF 60mil smooth TPO along flat roof & parapet walls with TPO Quick Spray adhesive LV60. Supply & Install New hurricane impact rated windows (white) Jeld-Wein Double Pane or Viwinco S Series. Install new Carrier HVAC 2 Ton units with minimum rating of 15 SEER, including replacement of Thermostat. Mold remediation, Seal Slabs (for Radon leaks) and Remove Lead Base Paint. Existing Environmental report will be provided by Mgmt. Replace kitchen cabinets. Replace Electrical panel and provide report for any additional electrical wiring deficiencies. Remove existing flooring and Install new LVP flooring 8MM. Replace all smoke detectors.
