Town of Jamestown Housing Needs Assessment and Implementation Study

Description: The Town of Jamestown is soliciting proposals for a Housing Needs Assessment and Implementation Study. The authorized study would use data collection and public engagement to define affordable-housing needs for Jamestown’s demographics, set locally defined housing-production goals, recommend regulatory changes and programs, and establish governance and metrics. The Town Council authorization capped the study at $100,000 and described it as the foundation for the required “Strategic Plan for Housing Production for the Town of Jamestown.”
