Town of Clear Lake - Town Hall Generator Improvements 2026 RFP

Description: Replace the existing main lift station generator with a new emergency standby generator that will serve the lift station. Improvements include the removal and replacement of the existing onsite diesel genset with a 100 kw diesel generator with subbase fuel tank. Additional equipment removal and replacement includes disconnect switches, automatic transfer switches, transformers, pullboxes, conduit, and feeders for a complete and functional system. Site improvements include concrete sidewalk and pavement removal and replacement, concrete generator pad extension, and site restoration.
