Town Hall Apartment Re-Conversion and Building Systems Improvements

Work consists of construction of building envelope improvements (insulation/air sealing) for the town hall.

City of Covington

Construct a public works building with 6,000 SF of floor area, vehicle wash bay, and covered storage area. Site work includes clearing and grading, stormwater, water, sewer, electrical utilities, asphalt paving, fencing, and landscaping. Construct frontage improvements along Southeast 251st including cement concrete curbs and gutters, cement concrete sidewalks, landscaping, channelization, and traffic control. Alternate 1 - 2 EA gate operator system, alternate 2 - 1 LS ultrablock bins, alternate - 1 LS generator and ATS, 250 kW.

City of Indian Harbour Beach

Work includes: removal of redundant doors, conversion of two stalls to one ada-compliant stall (in each restroom), conversion of sinks and counters to ada standards, any other work required to meet ada standards.
