Description: Contractor is to provide a detailed report of the inspection to include photographic evidence of the structure. Reporting shall include an Inspection and Engineering Evaluation and remediation/ repairs quote based on the inspection findings. 1. The tower inspection and engineering evaluation will be conducted for a Class III, Public Safety Critical tower. 2. The tower inspection and engineering evaluation will follow ANSI/TIA-222-I (or higher) guidelines, Motorola R56 guidelines. 3. The contractor will reference manufacturer guidance on tower maintenance. Available historical documentation will be provided by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). 4. The contractor will coordinate with the COR on inspection dates and times. See attached file.
