Description: Neighborhood Housing Greater New Britain (NHGNB) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications and Bids (RFQ/BID) from qualified General Contractors for the 'Toolworks Adaptive Reuse' project at 132 Glen Street, New Britain, CT. The project consists of the adaptive reuse of two existing buildings, new construction of a stair connector building, and associated site work. The project is financed through the Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH). Interested contractors must request the RFQ/BID submission instructions from Paul B. Bailey Architect LLC via email at Toolworks@pbbarchitect.com, and attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM at 132 Glen Street, New Britain, CT.
