Time Charter Sub Rescue Vessel

Description: The solicitation calls for a fixed-price time charter of one Jones Act-qualified, U.S.-flagged Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV). The vessel will support submarine rescue requirements, submarine sea trials, and other Fleet mission support in the vicinity of Norfolk, Virginia. The planned performance consists of a one-year base period, three one-year option periods, and one 11-month option period, with anticipated lay days from February 18 through March 28, 2027.
