Timber Sale RFP

Description: Thin approx. 340 acres of timber. This is a weight scaled sale by sealed bid. The sale contains an estimated 1,300,000 board feet of merchantable lodgepole pine sawlog volume (estimated 7,800 tons) and an estimated 125,000 board feet of merchantable true fir sawlog volume (estimated 750 tons). The minimum acceptable bid will be $9/ton for lodgepole pine and $10/ton for true firs. Pulpwood removal is optional but not required. There is no fee for pulp. If not removed, then it will be piled for burning.
