Tidal Valve Program

Description: Work includes the installation of inline backflow check valves on the outfall pipes from either a boat or in a selected drainage structure. In addition to the primary activity of the installation of the valves the contractor may be required to remove and replace drainage structures, manhole rings or inlet grates, provide and install small quantities of drainage pipe, provide and install pollution retarding baffles, place site concrete such as inlet collars and aprons, provide restoration in areas of working, including grass and asphalt to match.
