Summary
Three Year Contract for Merchant Services. The Service Provider will integrate a customer payment option for SAWS residential and commercial customers to make payments by credit and debit cards through the SAWS customer portal, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), Service Provider’s own call center and in person at SAWS payment centers (through Service Provider’s POS payment equipment). The Service Provider will process any cardholder present transactions for credit and debit cards through a swipe, chip, or tap via a POS device. The Service Provider may also process ACH transactions through the IVR and Service Provider’s call center. Please note this requirement may be de-scoped at a later time; cost should be priced separately.
