Third Party Testing Services-Dual Language (Request for Proposals)

Description: Quality Assurance Construction Inspection and Material Testing Services (3rd Party Testing) for the new Raices Dual Language Academy a PK-8 School. The new building will be Type IIB construction of occupancy type "Education" with an expansion joint separating the 2-story structure from the 3-story structure. It is programmed for 447 students and 70 staff members. The delivery method is Design/Bid/Build, which will occur in phases. Exterior site work will include an expanded open green space and play areas, with an emergency access road connecting Illinois and Summer Streets along the rear of the property.
