Third-Party Technical Review: Port and Aviation Assistance Activities in the Pacific Islands RFP

Description: The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) seeks a contractor under a non-personal services contract—not a grant—to assess the completeness of deliverables submitted by U.S. companies for up to six USTDA-funded transportation activities in Pacific Island Countries.
