The City of Cincinnati issued an RFP seeking a Third-Party Administrator to provide workers' compensation claims administration services for its self-insured program. The solicitation was posted in early January 2026 and requests proposals for administration, case management, bill review/payment, return-to-work coordination and related services. Proposals are due in late January 2026 and the opportunity is posted on the City's vendor portal (Advantage4).

Provide grant administration services to assist the city in the administration and management of this project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the North Carolina cdbg-nr program. Grant administration services shall include, but are not limited to, standard tasks necessary for the implementation of the project in conformance with the following cdbg compliance areas: citizen participation compliance; fair housing compliance; equal employment and procurement compliance; maintain all language access plan requirements; maintain anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan; maintain complaints and grievance procedures for compliance plans; labor standards compliance; completion of all required reports and documentation; assistance with financial reimbursements forms; and setting up and managing official records.
