Thermal Imaging Binoculars RFP

Description: This is an open commercial-products Request for Quotation (RFQ), not a grant program, issued by Air Mobility Command for eleven tactical multispectral binocular systems with integrated laser rangefinders. The systems must provide thermal and digital day/night imaging, dual-channel image blending, switchable image stabilization, long-range observation, and specified field accessories while meeting Trade Agreements Act and commercial-off-the-shelf requirements. Delivery is required at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, no later than 60 days after award, with quotes due September 21, 2026.
