Description: Backstage Addition: a. Demolish existing paving, site prep for new addition. b. New steel frame structure with CMU and metal stud exterior wall systems. c. Exterior wall finish to be FLUTED CMU and metal wall panel d. Interior wall finish to be exposed CMU/Concrete, Gypsum wallboard, painted, typically. e. New lighting. f. New HVAC ductwork, supply and return systems, and new HVAC equipment. g. Exposed structure to be painted Education Wing (Dance Studios) New Addition a. New steel frame construction with metal stud wall construction, CMU, metal pane, and EIFS veneer. b. Concrete Foundations. c. Geopier site stabilization d. Interior walls to be metal stud and drywall construction. High STC partition types in areas. e. Ceilings include lay-in acoustical tiles and exposed structural steel slotted roof deck (acoustical). f. Carpet and porcelain tile flooring. g. TPO membrane roofing. h. Rooftop mounted HVAC equipment. i. Extension of existing fire sprinkler system to sprinkle the new addition. Miscellaneous Renovation Interior a. Partial wall removal adjacent to stage for production storage. b. Leveling of portions of the existing recessed floor with steel framing and concrete. c. Removal of existing exterior doors and enlarged openings for new rolling shutters. d. Remove existing stair at backstage area to Green Room (basement) e. New exterior stair and concrete opening at basement below stage. f. Shoring as required for existing foundation support during stair addition construction.
