Construction of west operations facility. Work includes 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 1 LS topsoil stripping, stockpiling and placement; 1 LS water connection, meter vault, well system & backflow preventer; 1 LS water lines includes all trenching, piping, bedding and backfilling; 1 LS septic system; 4 EA CIP full height concrete headwalls; 500 LS of 12" PVC storm pipe; 2,879 SY of asphalt parking and drives; 46 SY of concrete sidewalks and aprons, CU pad; 1 LS signage - includes all ground mounted ADA parking signage; 10 EA bollards; 424 LF of aluminum fence and gate; 117 LF of guardrail.
