Foothill Transit is issuing this Invitation for Bids No. 26-030 (IFB) to solicit bids from qualified individuals or firms for the upgrade and modification of its Arcadia Irwindale Operations and Maintenance Facility. The goal of this contract is to support the use of hydrogen fuel-cell electric buses, enhancing the facility's capabilities in alignment with Foothill Transit's mission.

Arcadia Irwindale Operations and Maintenance Facility to support the use of hydrogen fuel-cell electric buses, as more fully described herein and in the specifications and drawings provided in Part IV of this IFB. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the equipment and systems listed below, associated electrical and mechanical modifications, and repair of impacted finishes and roofing.

Provide operations and maintenance services for a high-pressure processing facility at the central agriculture and food hub
