The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is soliciting contractors to remove and lawfully dispose of clearly visible dead deer (or major parts thereof) that create hazardous driving conditions along PennDOT rights-of-way, highways, and interchanges throughout the Commonwealth. Initial enrollments were due June 22, 2021, but applications will continue to be accepted through January 31, 2031, following an amendment in May 2025.
