The Humphrey Center Building Renovation Project RFP

Description: Project includes contract no. 1 general/mechanical/plumbing construction and includes: selective demolition of elements of the existing building, building alterations to include 48 new offices as well as other ancillary office rooms/spaces, restrooms, new finishes, new plumbing and fixtures (connected to existing plumbing systems), new mechanical hvac systems. Exterior scope of work to include cleaning of existing architectural facade, new metal standing seam roof (excluding the existing gym roof), new fascia board, gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia, sealed and finished existing louvers and openings, new louvers, concrete repair at existing main entrance, new primary entrance finishes (including column wraps and beams), new exterior flatwork, milling and repaving of existing bituminous, etc.
