Teton County Recycling Center Fire Suppression Upgrade Project (Request for Proposals)

Description: The project consists of installing a lowered ceiling and draft barrier system within the plastics storage area; installing a new dedicated dry-pipe sprinkler zone serving Group A plastics storage up to 15 feet in height; replacing existing 4-inch sprinkler mains with new 6-inch mains to support increased storage heights for Class I and Class III commodities; modify and adding new sprinkler riser assemblies, replacing the existing backflow preventer and components; performing fire alarm panel replacement and system required modifications; preparing and painting the floor within the Group A plastics storage area; new light fixtures; patching/painting; and completing all required testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
