Terminal Enabling Improvements RFP

Description: The Terminal Enabling Improvements project will prepare the existing terminal and airfield for future terminal modernization and airfield improvements. Work will occur within the existing Terminal and Concourses and Airfield Operations Area (AOA) and will include terminal modifications, Concourse A Improvements, demolition of Concourse C, utility improvements, passenger boarding bridge relocations, pavement improvements, airport fencing and relocation of Taxiway B. Airfield improvements will include new and extended taxiway pavement, grading between taxiways, stormwater management and drainage improvements, relocation and installation of taxiway edge lighting and electrical conduit, relocation of taxiway signage, and removal and installation of VSR, non-movement, taxiway centerline, and taxiway edge pavement markings.
