Tent Rental Services (Request for Bid)

Rental of event tents and miscellaneous event supplies to support year-round activities at the Fair Grounds and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. The Contractor's responsibilities will include supplying, delivering, ongoing maintenance and upkeep of all tents and miscellaneous event supplies during the rental periods with twenty four (24) hour contact coverage for emergencies, and returning the specified tents and rental equipment in a timely and professional manner. Event dates are subject to change from year to year. Required rental items will include event tents of various sizes, tables, chairs, concrete blocks for anchoring, lighting, and electrical distribution equipment. The required tents and rental equipment will vary and be subject to change for each scheduled event.
