Description: ATF intends to award a sole-source contract to A-P-T Research, Inc. (APT), the developer and owner of the proprietary Institute of Makers of Explosives Safety Analysis for Risk (IMESAFR) software. The procurement seeks support and technical expertise for ATF explosives testing and related technical meetings, and ATF uses IMESAFR to evaluate public risk from explosives storage sites throughout the United States.
