Description: Work to be performed includes removing the existing 16-inch-diameter well assembly, assessing the condition of the existing borehole between 620 and 720 feet, installing a permanent seal between 500' and 830', drilling an open borehole to a maximum depth of 1,200', completing the deeper boring as a municipal supply well, and pump testing the well for yield and water quality. These phases may be completed partially or not at all, depending on the results of the initial phases of work.
