2027 Tax Appeal Attorney (Request for Qualifications)
Represent the borough in property-tax appeals and related matters before the union county board of taxation, superior court of new jersey, tax court, and other applicable tribunals. Advise the borough, tax assessor, and other officials concerning tax-appeal strategy, settlements, discovery, expert appraisal issues, and related legal matters. Provide other specialized legal services related to property taxation and valuation as requested.
