Tax Appeal Appraiser (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking requests for proposals from qualified tax appeal appraisers. Services may include, but not limited to: 1. Appearing in Tax Court and any other required forum on behalf of the City in any tax appeal matter. 2. Cooperating and participating in all aspects of tax appeal litigation. 3. Overseeing individual tax assessments. 4. Preparing oral or written preliminary appraisal reports. See attached file.
