Tampa Harbor Improvements Industry Day

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, will hold an Industry Day on November 18, 2026, to present Contract 1 of the Tampa Harbor Deepening Project and gather industry feedback. The planned work includes approximately 4.4 million cubic yards of dredging to deepen and widen Tampa Harbor's federal navigation channels. This is a planning-only special notice, not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice.

HARBOR POLICE HEADQUARTERS FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
The Port of San Diego seeks civil, architectural, utility, and construction services to install two modular building units at its Harbor Police headquarters and connect them to existing electrical infrastructure. Work includes security fencing, parking restriping, and removal of portions of curb, pavement, and fencing to ensure fire access. The improvements include offices, meeting rooms, men’s and women’s lockers, bathrooms, and traffic investigations equipment storage, with possible facility relocation due to site congestion.

Cyber survivability risk assessments including cyber table tops, cyber systems security engineering, verification and validation test plans, cyber supply chain risk management, hardware and software based cyber solutions, cyber digital modeling for aircraft, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), weapons systems, and training simulators to strengthen resiliency and integrity.
