T3076- New Jersey Early Intervention Services (NJEIS)

Description: The State of New Jersey is soliciting proposals to procure a customized, web-based case management information system for the New Jersey Early Intervention System (NJEIS) to track and manage early intervention services across counties. The contractor will develop, implement, and maintain the system (including user management, IFSP process tools, billing integration, reporting, and a secure parent portal) over an expected eight-year period of performance beginning in 2027. Responses are due October 7, 2026; bidders must submit pricing on the State-supplied price sheet and include required procurement forms and standard terms listed in the solicitation attachments.
