Wilson Sports Complex Field Lighting Replacement Project RFP
Work consists of design, supply, and install a complete led retrofit of the existing outdoor sports-field lighting systems at the two river front ballfields. The purpose of the project is to improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance lighting quality. A comprehensive assessment of the existing lighting system at both ballfields, including field verification of pole heights, fixture counts, circuiting, and controls. Supply of all necessary equipment, including led lighting fixtures, control systems, wiring, and mounting hardware. Removal and lawful disposal of existing fixtures, remote ballasts, and abandoned wiring; installation of the new system with minimal disruption to field operations. Lighting controls providing per-field on/off control, scheduling, and adjustable operation to optimize energy usage. Replacement of the existing lower-level security lighting with led fixtures, on separate controls from the sports lighting.
