The building includes concrete foundation and slab, structural steel, metal stud framing, wood trusses, doors, windows, interior finishes (drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, casework), and mep systems (fire protection, plumbing, hvac, and electrical). Sitework includes earthwork, stormwater, paving, concrete, landscape, and irrigation.
